I have airtel dth connection. Last week I got call from airtel dth about start service of airtel dth and they says we have spacial offer you if you recharge your airtel dth with 1199 rs we give you 1 year suscribetion and all chanels that you seen your last package infact they says they renew my dth pack with 1199. I agree and I recharge with 1199 . After 1 and half day 50 % chanels are stop and comes error code 4 . I call airtel customer care they says it that chanel is not in your package . I told him that I got call from airtel and they says we give u same package but they are reject my query. They cheated with me . Many time I call customer support but didn’t get chanels. Please help me my customer id is 3005677165.
