Complaint regarding payment from ITBC contest

Itbc sweepstake contest. Value: 60,00,000 lac. pl note that i am nareshkumartyagi having the ref no 0009xxxxxx2 and file no itbc09xxxxxx3 my refund will be 60 lac but that sweeps take contest will held in the year of 2011-12 till date my refund will not recieved pl do the needful. Thanks
