Complaint regarding payment made to wbsedcl through QR code

I paid my bill using QR on the bill, but it shows that payment isn’t done. I paid my bill using QR on the bill, but it shows that payment isn’t done, then i searched for wbsedcl merchant & there i had to make the payment. It means that the QR provided by wbsedcl on the bill isn’t authentic, i lost my Rs. 2354 & i want my money back & compensation for my harrasment.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-.
