I have purchased one Pest reject machine worth Rs.1500 from AAteleshopping 5A ground floor Tilak nagar west delhi -110018 via online portal and received the product on 11/06/2020 via blue dart courier tracking no 59533520561 and product order no 40129422 after using for 1 week the machine is totally not working in Insects like ant,cockroach and mice then i called to customer care no after many attempt they picked the phone and i told my problem they told me that plse use the product for 2 weeks it will work in insects after using for 2 weeks the problem doesn’t solved again i call in same no and after many attempts they picked the phone and i told them to return the products immediately i dont want to use this product but till date they are neither returning back the product or not giving response and i have also given 2 mails in there company mail idbut no response form there end.
Kindly help me to get my money return back

I GOT DELIVEY OF TWO UNITS OF MOSQUITO REPELLANT ON 9-9-2020, BY PAYING Rs.1500. I was told the products are made in India by a lady executive. But I got made in CHINA. I do not want this. Office lady who contacted me earlier does not pick-up phone. The Co. is fake aqnd we must collectively take action against cheating public..
Yes i am facing the same problem i bought the pest reject product(orde no-20201007 dated 07.10.2020) from AA teleshopping recently just 5 days back the product is not working at all they told if any problem arise u can return the products within 60 days but i tried calling them they are not picking my call .i feel the company is fake and they are cheating everyone by selling the fake products.

I got a duplicate products…which cost not more than 100 rupees and they are charging 1500 for this ….I am going to file a police complaint about this AA teleshopping and make thousands of people aware also…

I ordered the same product on 16/12/20 and rec via blue dart courier on 18/12/20 having order I’d 40151057. After using it for last two days it does not any effects on rats, so l want to return it as soon as possible.

I bought this and it is not working at all, when I complaint they have asked me to use it for two weeks, but nothing happen. I had called again after two weeks and told the issue. They asked me to wait on the line and then disconnected. Now they blocked my number. It is a fraud company.
I ordered a PESTCNT it was 1+1offer but received only one piece received it on 5th August 2021 kindly do me the justice.
