I have purchase a phone (Motorola moto C Plus, Starry Black) on date 26th May, 2019 from Flipkart for my Mother-in-Law with Rs- 6964/-. Now phone was too much hang and not responding properly. Hence decide to exchange and try to exchange from Flipkart with VIVO Y20A 2021(Nebula Blue) where exchange value was showing Rs-3000/- and I’ve to pay Rs-9090/-.
When try to exchange and put IMEI no it was showing Motorola Moto C. Its not a Moto C Plus.
Delivery boy come to exchange and after checking he found a one dent for back cover. For this macro dent he told my exchange value is showing Rs-1900/-. After cancellation we have seen the exchange terms and condition where my exchange value can be 2400/-
My point is first we got a wrong product where Moto C and Moto C Plus different with approx 2000/-.
Already contact with flipkart customer service and got a call she only listen my word then no one speak, after 5 minutes phone was automatically cut and again cant reach this phone again. This is behaviour of Flipkart customer support team.
Request to you please look into it.
