Complaint regarding delay in delivery by Ecom Express

I purchased an item from meesho with delivery by Ecom Express .  That was expected to be delivered by 06th October, 2021. But, the courier service is intentionally delaying the delivery.  I contacted them twice and both times, they registered complains without any real intention to solve the issue.
That was a gift item. I am facing embarrassment because of their delay. Therefore, I want to lodge a complain of heckling against the courier service.
