Complaint regarding phone hacking through cyber fraud

I became victim of cyber fraud today, one person took access over my phone and hacked it. After that he made few transactions of 15000-30000 rupees. Then he opened CRED app and requested for loan of Rs. 4,00,000 and it got sanctioned (after KYC as he was having access on my phone). Now CRED is asking me to pay loan EMI of Rs. 20000 every month for two years. And 1st EMI will get deduct on 2nd December 2022.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Even after two weeks she did not get her money back even as Spice Jet kept maintaining the refund has been processed.
