I am the customer of BSNL as I have connection from last month. it is about to complete a month for its services but BSNL didnt provide me the service throughout the month among last 30 days most of the time due to some issue their connectivity was not available. as i paid them 3000Rs as for new connection and for my plan bill yet to come. my complaint is regarding their service as they not provided so why and for what should I pay them.
I am requesting you to take strict action regarding this as lots of people are suffering from the same problem.
and if they didnt improve their service so i need my full refund
please consider this and do needfull.
