Since last three years, I’m purchasing AMC contract of water purifier of Eureka Forbes for the product Reviva Nxt RO UV. The service provided under AMC to customers is harassment to consumers. For each complaint no technician visits for atleast 1 or 2 then after visit they close the complaint without resolving the issue. They give us a call that they will visit but no one visit and if after several follow ups the technician visits, the issue is not resolved. This is happening for last three years, continuously on each of the complaint. We have raised this issue to Mumbai call Center number also but they don’t help. Because of this we need to buy water cans from market for several weeks. Plus AMC amount seems wasted. I want to change the product due to bad after sales service.
It is a harassment to AMC purchasers. I have to request a lot of time to technician to ask them for a visit after raising complaint over phone or app. It is getting worse day by day.
