Complaint regarding poor customer support from Makemytrip

We had a flight on 25 Dec,2017 that due to some medical emergency we had to reschedule for which we had raised a request 20 hours ago on 24 Dec,2017. Neither the customer care called nor could we contact them as we were put on hold continuously. On getting a reply from airlines we talked to their customer care who said that they had been approached by makemytrip at 11am in the morning 25th Dec , 2hours before the flight was to depart. Because of the carelessness of the makemytrip people, neither do we have our flights rescheduled nor did we get the proper reimbursement. The airlines had returned 7500Rs in total for not coming to airport as airport charge refund. From that too Makemytrip has deducted their processing charges 7500-MMT charges and returned only 2100rs! We were supposed to reschedule our flights and were ready to pay the extra charges assocated. But we were made to cancel our tickets and MMT returned 2100 instead of 15000 approx, (21000-cancellation charges). We have been looted and cheated. We want justice. If action is not taken here, I shall escalate the issue to as high as I can! This is fraduery.
