Complaint regarding poor quality products from veerzara

I have placed an order of two gowns veerzara limited edition dresses 82,veerzara limited edition dresses 38on website veer zara.in. Order no.is 26982 worth Rs 1402 paid on cash on delivery.but they sent me two sarees of worst quality.the site is fraud .They show something but delivered different product.i had also filled refund form.but did not get any response yet.pls help me.
