Complaint regarding poor service, delay in refund by Flipkart

I have ordered a bag from Flipkart on 04th October 2021 at it was supposed to reach me on 12th October 2021. When order was placed payed entire amount including delivery charge from my credit card total amount was INR 459. Item was reached to my nearest delivery hub on 09th October 2021 but it was not out for delivery. Since it didn’t delivered i raised a concern on Flipkart portal then they rescheduled it on 14th October later it again scheduled for 16th October but item not delivered on these days. I got a call on 20th October from courier company saying that it can be delivered, but they didn’t delivered the same thing happened on 21st, 22nd and 23rd as well but item not delivered. Later Flipkart them self cancelled my order and initiated refund process. I got my refund on 26th October 2021. I have requested for bank interest for the money which they held for 22 days from me but they are not giving any response for that. How can they cancel my order without my consent?
