Complaint regarding wrong delivery vide online shopping

Order is delivered but wrong item and it’s not the ordered product .
Value: 2048. Sir/madam, I ordered a I watch series 6 combo package for 2000 rupees. But I got a Bluetooth speaker which values 400 to 600 rupees. I am so worried because customer is replied for my every message till yesterday.rigt now he is saying that he needs huge amount for mother operation.so plz understand my problem and try to refund my money back,please..,

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket.
