Complaint regarding purchase of Tab from Snapmint

Yesterday I ordered for a tab from snapmint and paid 1700 as down payment today the verification shows as yellow not confirmed because of auto debit problem .So now I am trying to do the auto debit but nothing is showing.. Whenever I am trying to call snapmint customer care the automated voice keeps on telling we have registered your complaint and no one is calling back.Please help me

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
