Hello! I booked the flight from Happyeasy go for 2nd November 2020 but it was rescheduled by the airlines GOAIR itself for 3rd November so i had to cancel my flight.
The Happyeasy go refunded me teh amount of 984 rs only but when i talked to the airlines they told me that therwis a full refund of approximately 5000 rs which has been initiated by them to happyeasy go .
I have contacted happy easy go for 15-20 times till now but they are not helping at all and are not providing anything.
Goair also provided me the cancelled ticket in which it has mentioned the transaction id and time when they have refunded to happy easygo. I am attaching the same here
Kindly help as soon as possible.
