Complaint regarding wrong delivery by myntra

Myntra has delivered wrong product and not accepting return. Value: 1399.
I had ordered “ Indo Era Women Olive Green & Off-White Embroidered Kurta with Palazzos & Dupatta” but I received only a Indo Era kurta of different design. When I contacted Myntra customer care I get a response that as per their quality check they have sent the right product.

Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797.
