Complaint regarding refund due from Snapmint

Money deduction by snapmint app Value: 3458
Went to buy a mobile from Snapmint 02-03-2021. But after deducting my money, the payment is showing failure. After that I could not contact them, nor did they. Not returning the money.
Deducted Rs-3458. I don’t know if I will cut EMI more then.
