I have placed an order for all type Bra sample pack at snazzyway.com , [Order #74324] order date (December 9, 2021), amount Rs.749/- . The sample received was not of standard quality hence i returned the order . they asked me to self ship the order as reverse pickup was not available at my pin code and that my courier charges (Rs100/-) will be paid by them. i returned the order and it was delivered to them on 04/01/22.
they acknowledged the recipt of the sample and asked me to send bank details for refund, but till date i have not received any amount. even after continuous follow ups there has been no response at all.
i request you to kindly help in resolving this matter.
