Complaint regarding refund due from Travolook

I booked my ticket from Travolook for Mumbai to Jamnagar on 24th feb. after receiving my money immediately they call back due to some reason your ticket is cancelled and says your refund will be come back in your account with in 7 to 15 working days but till today’s date i have not received my money they have provide me cancellation reference no. Please help me in this matter every time they says your money will come till Saturday but no result i want my money back my claim is for rupees two thousand four hundred nine only ( Rs. 2409/)

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue.
