Complaint against Salon for damaging my hair

Salon damaged and burnt my hair post doing botox and smoothening treatment. Value: Rs 6500 amount paid

I want to logg a complaint aginst Jazz up Salon Vaishali, I did my kerasmoothening, highlight, and botox treatment at the salon. while they were doing the same I told them my hair was getting damaged. they said post all the treatmnent it will be smooth. I continuously complained but they assure not to worry. After just post 1 wash and 10 days of the treatment my hair got damaged and burnt with their cheated products
