Complaint regarding refund due from Travolook

Flight from Indore to Goa Reference no. REFxxxxxxxx7 Booking date 16/1/2021. Booking cancelled by the agent after payment. Amount -Rs.7882/- Still not received, been almost a month. Hopeless company. Every time we call they give absurd reasons and ask to wait 7 to 10 working days Non receipt of refund on cancellation. Pathetic experience and service.

Please support for the same ASAP….

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
