My ticket got canceled while booking through travolook on 24 December 2020 but booking amount got deducted from my bank account, but as of now my refund amount not credited to my bank account, I have called several times to their customer care executives and also dropped several mails regarding the same to them but nothing happened every time their executive said that i have to wait for 15 to 20 working days, as said working days are already crossed but as of now my refund were not credited back to my A/C.
