Complaint regarding refund from ACT Fibernet

I had a connection of ACT Fibernet from past 3 years. I recently shifted my house on 1st of February. So I gave a request to shift my connection on 5th  February, 2019.  I waited for 2 days and got no response from them so I started following up everyday through their customer care. I was on a term plan of 6 months, so had paid 6 months amount in December 2018 and have only used 2 months of their service out of 6 months. So my money was getting wasted as i was not using the service and still being charged for the period. I kept on following everyday till 12th Feb, but received no response and nobody came to my house to shift the connection. In despair, I had to place a disconnection and  refund request on 12th to which the customer executive replied saying that it will be refunded within 24 hrs as disconnection is processed. Today is 15th Feb, i called them again to follow up to which they are now telling that it will take 15 more days to get the money refunded. I am actually sick of it. 15 days is insane. Why should i wait for 15 days for my money which i paid for the service that i never received. I think they are not willing to refund my money and hence pushing the dates everytime i call them. I am placing my complaint here so my voice can reach them. Hope this site and people here support me !
