Complaint regarding refund from Amazon

Its almost been three months i haven’t recieved my money yet. I call them n initially they told me the problem was with bank n i complaint the bank n bank confirmed it his their fault n then when i returned to Amazon they asked me to share complaint no. Of my sbi bank n they told they would look into it now it doesn’t support my call only..

The customer emailed complaint to 1mg customer service but did not get any remedy. He posted his complaint with ICF on 18-07-2020 and the matter was taken up with them.
