Complaint regarding refund from dealinmart.com

I am from Howrah. I booked a Redmi 3S Prime from www.dealinmart.com, but myb order is cancelled due to out of stock at 27/08/2017 and we will issue to refund of rupees 8990/- with in 7 days to my bank account. But refund not received . Customer care not received the call. Please help me.

Refund from Air Asia – Rs. 2,660/- : Mr. Ramachandra Prabu of Chennai booked an Itinerary RICJGH on Air Asia airlines. The transaction failed during first time and the amount (Rs.2660) got deducted from my ICICI bank account. He raised a complaint with the airlines but got no response.
