Hello Team, I have booked my flight tickets with Flipkart travels for 22 October,2020 which was cancelled by the airlines (Indigo airways) for COVID-19 restrictions. I spoke to the airlines and they offered me an alternate flight till halfway and assured me for a refund of 979 INR. I believe the refund was initiated by the airlines but has not been processed by the 3rd party i.e. Flipkart travels. I have tried calling Flipkart on multiple occasions but they haven’t refunded me the amount yet. I have even escalated the matter to their managers but no luck. Please have a look into it and assist me to get my hard earned money back. Thank you.
