Complaint regarding refund from Goibibo

I booked a ticket from Alwar, Rajasthan to Dausa, Rajasthan through Goibibo app but unfortunately the ticket booking is failed. Incase company saying that your ticket booking refund is not transferred my my account. But in Goibibo company app shows that your booking is failed and refundable. I have all of the proof against company.
