Complaint regarding refund from Honor store

I have ordered honor 5c mobile from https://store.hihonor.com/in. On 12 augast 2017. I paid for smae phone on same site via credit card. the value of mobile is rs 8999.On same day i have cancelled the order #6710107960. Since then i have been in touch with customer care of company via mail and phone calls. But they are not giving me any feedback about my refund of rs 8999.
So many complain registered via mail and through call but no one gives me satisfactory answer.as per company policy they suppose to refund me within 15 working days but till date not received.

Refund from Air Asia – Rs. 2,660/- : Mr. Ramachandra Prabu of Chennai booked an Itinerary RICJGH on Air Asia airlines.
