Complaint regarding refund from Koovs

On oct 25 koovs company had scheduled a pickup for my product with shadowfax courier service Bangalore. At that date the courier has been picked up and i didint get any refund. When I contacted with koovs they are saying ask shadowfax courier service, when I asked shadowfax they told they don’t know ask koovs. Like that they are troubling me. The pickup proof is attaching herewith for this cheater company.

Refund from Hitplay: Piyushi Gupta (piyushigupta9[at]gmail.com) of Manesar, Gurgaon, Haryana had ordered a citrus spritzer-home on 15/05/2013. However, the product did not give the desired service as mentioned on the website. The customer had repeately sent e-mails and was assured that they would arrange for reverse pick-up and refund.
