Complaint regarding refund from Makemytrip

I tried booking a flight through makemytrip on 21st Nov 2017 and tried paying through UPI but the booking was not successful and my amount from bank was deducted. So I contacted makemytrip for refund so for whole month they were saying that they didn’t received the payment and they asked me to contact my bank, i contacted my bank and provided them confirmation that the amount got deducted and needs to be refunded from MakeMyTrip. After this i received confirmation from MakeMyTrip that they are processing my refund i.e. on 25 Dec 2017. Since that date i have not received my refund and i am following up with them regularly but still no progress. I tweeted, escalated, contacted, i have done everything but no progress. Please help me providing my refund. I never expected this kind of behaviour from such big company.
