Complaint regarding refund from Makemytrip / Go Air

Regarding refund of money of Go air G8-537 flight booked from MMT dtd 15th april 2020. Value: 22541.
I have booked ticket on 7th april through MMT mob app for kolkata to ahmedabad for dtd 15th april 2020 by GOAIR flight G8-537. But due to lockdown flight cancelled and my money stucked for almost 3 months. No any sufficiant reply by airlines given even just shows the status pending. so its really cheep.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
