Complaint regarding refund from Quikr

I ordered dining table from Quikr doorstep delivery for the amount INR 4759/-. on Thursday 17th Aug 2017. I received the product at my place and it was rusted and damaged so returned the amount and call customer care for the same they told me the will be refunded in my account by 2-4 working days and then on second day I received email that the seller is denying for the payment so it will take more 15 days to process the refund. I called customer care they said wit for 5-6 days more or else buy any product from us, I tried buying the product but my account was disabled from buying the product they manipulated with my quikr account too. I am really very frustrated and not able to understand what to do. Kindly help me with the same as I think and I am afraid that I wont be able to get my refund from quikr.
