I had a shopping from the TV channel SHOP CJ on 17th September 2017 which I returned on 23rd September. Then the was kept for a next shopping but, I had nothing to shop and I talked to them to refund the amount they took my bank account number. the verification call had to come to me but, the call never come…it is 26th June 2018 and I continue calling them even they told me to give coupon code of that amount to shop again…but, no response I am getting from them…every time I call them, they tell that there is a technical issue and my coupon code would be sent to me within next two days…many two days have been passed and I didn’t receive any coupon code. Please look into the matter.
