Unfair practices by OLA

ANI Technologies Pvt.Ltd stylised as OLA is a transportation network company providing taxi services. From the past 4-5 months we have witnessed enormous increase in fares to an extent of 50% with a clause that due to current traffic condition, non availability of vehicle and/or high demand of vehicle prices are more than regular charges. In some cases the per kilometer charges are more than Rs.17/Km for a micro vehicle. The reasons quoted by them are intangible, as we don’t have any visibility to the reality, more over there are no rules available on the upper limit of such price increase. Their driver refuses to take share bookings on peak times to force people to book the full cab. I can see this is a unfair business practice by OLA and Customers are getting cheated by them regularly.
