Complaint regarding refund from Snapdeal

I had ordered a kodak powerbank order no: 25161967101 through snapdeal.com. As not satiesfied with product,without using, returned the product as it receieved and requested for refund of rs.799.00. We got confirmation tht amount will be credited within few days. But as on 29.11.2017, without confirmation they rejected cancellation of order and denying the refund. Sent 3 mails to help[@]snapdeal.com, but their reason is technical reason rejecting the cance llation. They are not revealing what the exact reason too. Kindly credit the amount
