I have ordered in theshoppingbazar.in on August 30 2019. I paid 1178rs.
They have huge discounts offer in their site and which tempted me to buy 4dress.
They also have some reviews in their site for dress telling thank you so much best quality with less price reached on time and all.
I got call from them with normal mobile number to confirm my order, I confirmed.
It was supposed to reach by September 11th to September 15th in between.
I wanted to track my order so I went to site where the number was missing which was there before then I Started emailing them then again they didn’t respond a single email.
Which scared me when I saw in Google there was some people who complained against it and facing same problem.
I started searching for the numbers of customers service then I found this number
I called and he asked my order number I told. Then he is telling me my order is canceled but I didn’t receive niether call or email from them regarding this.
Then he asked how did I pay I told phonepe he asked me to forward a link which he will send to other number he gave.
Then he told me open calculator and add account number last 4 digits and upi number and tell him the numbers.
Which I felt was unnecessary so did not send.
I want my refund please file against this fruads and stop fooling people.

I ordered a jumpsuit from theshoppingbazaar.in which cost 360/- but I never received my order … I ordered it on 28th August 2019 & when I ordered a guy called me to confirm my number & he said I’ll get it between 13-18th September 2019 & still I dint receive my order!!! Solve this issue & I want my money back as soon as possible!
Similar thing happened to me, ordered on August 24th and haven’t received a single message from them or call, can you please share the number of their customer care

I too have ordered 4 dresses from theshoppingbazar.in on August 23rd. After which i got a confirmation call and msg too telling that my order will get delivered within 15days… But my order has not been delivered yet and no refund has been made.. Please help me to get my money refunded
I ordered a jumpsuit worth RS.250 and it was suppose to be delivered on 17 September but I still haven’t received the order .I tried the moblie no. Provided by them but it’s switched off and they r not replying me on emails also
i havent received my orders yet it was supposed to be delivered by september15 but still now there is no track of my order

I also ordered like you people but I did not get my order on shipping date so I tried to contact theshoppingbazar.in . I have sent so many email but didn’t get any response. I call them over again but those numbers are not working at all. They are cheaters. Hope I get my refund.
The site is definitely fraud. And nobody will get refund. I also had ordered and the site is unavailable now. It was active for a few days and they went on to do a lot of digital marketing that’s how people ordered in large numbers and soon they shut their domain. This is complete fraud and a whole lot of planning would have gone to make it happen. They have stolen all our money which is exactly why only online payment was accepted, cash on delivery was not an option.
Try asking Razorpay as the payment to theshoppingbazaar.in was done through them. I approached them for help and they got me my money back in couple of weeks. I found them to be super helpful.
