Complaint regarding refusal to deliver by Bluedart

This was couriered on 18th july but still not delivered. Courier person forcing us to collect the courier from main office which is 80 kms from my village but we we said this is not possible and upated that we refused to take the courier. I am daily approaching the customer care but they are making fake commitment. Pls escalate and solve issue as soon as possible.

    Delivery’s delivery agent refused for a home delivery and updated the status as customer cancelled the order.

    The courier reaches on time at my home address as I can track through their website, however, the local delivery agent creates the nuisance and reverts my parcel back to the sender. It happened twice and even after my repeated complaints at the head office, no action has been taken against the local delivery agent nor I have been assured of any compensation or promises of timely re-delivering the product.
