Complaint regarding return product not picked up by Ajio

Since 4days i am requesting customer care to create a pick up as soon as possible because I have to go back for idd after work but they only send pickup messages and this time they said we cannot opt for return request and since 4 days i am asking to transfer the call to higher authorities and after a minute they say supervisor is not available sir I want my money back complaint no attached i request u to refund my money or else i am forced to take legal action
