Travelled from Mayur vihar phase 3 to Hazrat Nizamuddin railway station platform number 7 side on 8th of July 2022, Total billing is Rs. 387/- in this Rs. 100/- towards toll / mcd tax has been added which is not applicable on this route. I have travelled from Delhi to Delhi so there is no question of any Toll or MCD tax, I have explained them but OLA didnot considered it and like this many time happened to me so they are looting the customers in such cases. In my case some time they have reverted wrong charged toll / mcd tax but in many case they have not done it so its illegal and very serious matter to look into it.
Such type cases several times to me so please look into to this wrong billing like how much they are looting from customers.
