This is to inform you that I have recently bought a refrigerator from Samsung company.
Due to over cooling of the refrigerator the parts inside the fridger that is movable Ice tray maker is getting damaged.I am therefore very disappointed from the company making such a disgusting parts.I have even complained about my this problem to Samsung they are telling that they can’t replace the damaged parts even though my refrigerator is in warranty. I ve logged my complaint with Samsung under service request no-4280159316 then also my issue is not yet resolved . In future any of further parts of my fridge / freezer
Gets damage due to same problem then also they will respond me with the same answer to pay the price.I am very helpless regarding this issue please help me out in getting my part replaced as there was no damage done from our end and my refrigerator is still in warranty
