Complaint regarding Samsung service

A complaint had been lodged on 02.10.2017 at samsung helpline no for the issue of nonworking of microwave oven. The service engineer arrived on 03.10.2017 and told that a part needed to be replaced for which he had taken Rs.500/- as advance. On 13.10.2017 another engineer arrived with a wrong part which was not fitted into the machine. Till now i.e. 28.10.2017 they are unable to resolve my issue and telling that an another 1 week would be required to resolve the issue.

The file attached with this complaint is the service slip provided by the engineer on 03.10.201.
