Complaint regarding SBI rewardz transaction

I have recharged an amount of Rs. 129/- (one hundred and twenty nine only) on 11 Nov 2017 through sbi rewardz. But that transaction was failed and also above said amount was deducted from my account. I have lodged a complaint vide complint number is 1318186388. There is no response from customer support till now.

    I received a message from SBI .no idea for the reason by the deduction of that much money.295.00 rs deducted in my account .message shows the reason is investment intermedi.i don’t know what to do in a poor family member and also daily wages employ .I was really feel too bad .please I need a help from the authority.

    My earned points 871 , reedam points 288, after reedam my points balance583 but show my balance points 8 Hum ne total 288 points redeem kiye please check my reedam points list, but show 863 points your reedam please check this situation

    My total reward points were 2236 when I was recharging DTH all points became zero and also didn’t get charged kindly request you to reverse my reward points immediately. My account number 30008254319

    I have recharge my JIO mobile by SBI Rewards for Rs. 599/- today, and redeem point deducted and also ? 327.25 deducted from my account for recharge mobile but mobile not yet showing recharge.

    Reward points redeemed when I recharged DTH but is not successful now no points at all

    Sir I have ordered sundisk 32gb pendrive order id no.010010732804339381019through SBI rewardz on 28/04/2023,but still datei.e. 05.05.2023 item is not yet delivered,kindly salve ASAP sir.

    Sir, I ordered a neckband from SBI rewards Ecom express and it’s been almost a month I didn’t receive any call from the authorities and whenever I talk to the customer service,they always say that it will be delivered soon…Kindly solve this issue because I have to prepare for my exams and I really need that.
