Complaint regarding service denial by HP India

I had brought a laptop from HP India and the from the beginning the laptop was having issue
i had raised multiple complaints for the same issue with service centre every time the technician come he says the the laptop has no issue and now when the product is out of warranty they are saying that the parts are defective and will have to pay for the parts even when the complaint was escalated for the same issue still the issue was not resolved and the service centre did not even wanted to help me out and they also caused damage to the laptop

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
