I had purchased one BlackOx LED TV through ebay online website on dated 24 May 2017 with invoice no 312 with amount Rs 24,990/-.This invoice is generated by ebay associated dealer “J.B. Marketing services” address-College Road, near Corp. Bank, Faridkot 151203 (P.b.). On ebay order confirmation clear mentioned warrany period of 5 years.After purchage with one moth above purchased BlackOx Tv got defected and when I complain to ebay they told contact to dealer of this product. When I contacted to dealer he denied to any help then I registered a complain on given call center no 18001024837 they provide me case no 2778439. Against this case no one engineer visited my home on 7 July 2017 and he communicated to BlackOx Company for defect in display panel and ask new panel to replacement but till one year I did not get any satisfactory reply from BackOx or other associated parties ebay and dealer upnyas (J.B. Marketing services). I continuously follow up then either by phone call or mail but till one year they did not provide replacement after one year they closed my case 2778439 without any information to me when I again call them then one of their senior named Kxxxxxn told me that case is get closed by mistake so please raise new complain. I raised again a new complain with case no 5571637 on dated 18 May 2018. Again one jxxxs engineer named Sxxxxxv kxxxxxr visited my home and send their findings with asking the new display panel for replacement. But still no one BlackOx, ebay, deler providing any help to me to get the replacement. They are clearly cheated me and not providing support so I request you to take strict action against them so that I can get the support immediately and in future they will not cheated any other consumer
