Hotel charging more than MRP

Yesterday i was at Sadanand Hotel, Station Road, opp Cross Garden, Bhayander West. i have order some food and Bisleri water bottle. after that that i got bill. i surprised that they have charged Rs. 25 + GST for water bottle which MRP is Rs. 20/- only.

i have asked to Hotel manager about that, so he told me that they are charging more than MRP because of Service. and they denided to accept error.

Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi.
