I asked tata play to add bangla Hindi super value pack which is running since 1year and 6 month above and due to some holiday I drop it again I asking for add this package he saying it’s for particular region after that I raise complaint he closed my complain saying that we added this pack in your package but same not added they mislead me mail pasted for reference

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue.
