I had purchased a wonderchef OTG 60 ltrs in feb 2022 vide invoice dtd 05 Feb 2022.
I raised a complaint through customer care of the applaince not heating on 17 Jan 2023 via complaint number HP1701230002. I was asked to send a mail at nrc.care[@[wonderchef.in mentioning my concern, complaint number, model and serial number, copy of invoice and also upload a 30 sec video. The same was done by me. However, I also raised a query as to how can anyone make out whether appliance is heating or not through a video.
On 31 Jan 2023, I recieved a msg that my complaint was cancelled. I again called up customer care on 01 Feb 2023 and enquired as to why my complaint was cancelled. I was informed that there was no defect found with the appliance. I was shocked as to how they decided that there was no defect without physically checking the appliance?
The girl at customer care raised the complaint again on 01 Feb 2023 and promised that I would recieve a call within 05 hrs and steps to resolve my issue would be taken.
I have not recieved any call so far and my issue continues to be unresolved. My OTG is under warranty.
I feel cheated by Wonderchef.
