Complaint regarding services from Bharat Yatra

I have booked Hotels & Car Services & paid Rs.20000/ as per their request through PAYTM. But they have done nothing. On 1st October,17 I reached Guwahati Airport with my family where their car were supposed to pick us up & take us to Shillong but neither car was there and I called Sales Manager of Bharat Yatra & owner of Bharat Yatra, but none of them answered my more than 100 calls. After that they have communicated through WhatsApp that they will refund my money but nothing has happened till Date. Need your assistance. Regards.Amitava

Refund from Air Asia – Rs. 2,660/- : Mr. Ramachandra Prabu of Chennai booked an Itinerary RICJGH on Air Asia airlines.
