Complaint regarding services from HP Gas distributor

I have faced many times late delivery of gas cylinder even though booking at proper time. Finnaly i am writing to complaint against my hp distributor KITCHEN QUEEN. After online booking it is showing delivery within 3 days, but they take more than a week, saying shortage of cylinder in store for each and every time. Thaey even behave very rude while asking so late delivery showing delay cause as my month end booking of gas,.

Want a justification in it.pls look into it,we are facing huge troblue in this regard.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
