Continuous bad service and no refund in cancellation of Reliance Big TV. I am using this connection from 2009. And FEB 2017 I have taken bulk channel subscription of BRONZE package for 2 years but last Nov 2017 the company has stoped providing service due to with withdrawal of service by company and given connection to TATA SKY. But TATA SKY refuse to continue service due to bad location in respect of connectivity. Then RELIANCE again retain the service but from there onwards to till (4 months) they are not able to provide proper service of channels. Due to that I am not getting proper service for which I paid.
